Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Implement new sales plans and advertising.
Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage marketing and sales teams to achieve sales and marketing staffing goals.
Maintain relationships with key customers through regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Stay current in the industry by attending educational sessions, conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
